Tandem delivers services on modern cloud-based accounting systems and is certified on several different systems. This is to be able to offer a platform that best suits the individual customer. The aim is to find an optimal division of work and data flow between system, customer and Tandem as supplier.

For a company to be able to operate profitably, it is important to focus on its own competence and core business.
As a complete financial house, Tandem can take 100% responsibility for everything that deals with the ongoing handling of the financial management to act as a back-up solution in one or more areas in the event of illness, leave or vacation.

Tandem is part of ECIT and a provider of services within the subject areas of finance and payroll. The company was established in 1988, has 33 employees and is located in Høvik outside Oslo.
The customers served are mainly Norwegian small and medium-sized private enterprises and are represented in most industries.
Tandem is an Environmental Lighthouse-certified company, holds an AAA rating, is an Authorized Accountant by Finanstilsynet and a member of Regnskap Norge.
ECIT's core areas are within Accounting, Software and IT. The group has a proven model for acquisitions and mergers, which ensures proximity to customers and local entrepreneurship combined with the strength of a larger international group. ECIT has a pro forma turnover (2021) of NOK 2.55 billion and +2,200 employees in over 10 countries.
